PET PLA PC Single-Screw Co-Extrusion Line
The rolled PET sheet and plate production line, which adopts 2 or 3 units of extruding machine,
can process APET, modified PETG and special CPET, PET has outstanding transparency and
rigidity, good thermoforming and retrivability, so the market demand for it is growing fast.
Generally, the sheet is made in 2 or 3 layers, the middle one is often high proportion of recycled
material,and the outer ones commonly are pure and clean resin with anti-adhesive or
stabilizer etc.
PET/PE comosite sheet is the newest developing trend for PET packing sheet. It is widely used
as the base material in packaging production of forming filling sealing. Therein, PET can provide
excellent thermoforming, transparency, rigidity and good barrier property; and PE can assure
heat-seal and splitting property.
Moreover, PET can also be laminated and composited with EVOH/PE so as to get a better
barrier property.
